AI visibility for Miami real estate agents
Miami asked AI more questions about agent visibility than any other city in the study. The engines answered with a crowd of agencies and no clear local expert. Here is exactly what they cited, and how we make you the agent they name.
To get recommended by AI in Miami, an agent needs consistent business details, an active Google Business Profile, recent reviews and pages that name the neighborhoods and buyer types they serve. BulletProof Real Estate Agent runs all four for Miami agents every week, on an IDX website supporting MIAMI Association of REALTORS listings and BeachesMLS, with one Platinum slot per market.
What the engines said about Miami
Miami had the most questions in the study, five Miami and Florida queries, and the busiest answers: 119 citations across 92 different websites in 25 AI answers. The most-cited website appeared five times. Local AEO shops are clearly marketing hard here, and Perplexity (44 sources) and Google's AI Overviews (35) cited them heavily. The most-cited names were marketing agencies, not local agents. The demand is proven. The answer is still open.
The questions, exactly as they were asked:
Machines don't recommend the best agent. They recommend the one they understand. In Miami, they have not found that agent yet.
Engine by engine
Sources cited per engine across the same 5 questions. Engines that cite little are the ones deciding from what they already believe about an agent, which is why your profile, reviews and business data have to be consistent before anyone asks.
Your market
Miami buyers arrive from New York, Latin America and Europe, and many of them ask an AI engine in their own words before they ever call. Pages that say who you serve, and in which neighborhoods, are what the engines match against. We build pages for the places you actually sell, whether that is Brickell, Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, Miami Beach and Wynwood, and we connect your IDX website to MIAMI Association of REALTORS® (MiamiRE) and BeachesMLS so your listings sit on your own site, not a portal.
Market figures come from BulletProof's own market pages linked above, each with its own sync date.
The plan
Four pieces, done for you every week. You keep listing houses.
Your name, address and phone checked and corrected everywhere the engines look. Mismatched details are the most common reason a well-reviewed agent is invisible. We fix them, then keep watching.
Categories, service areas across Miami, photos and posts kept active. Your Google profile carries roughly a third of local ranking, and Google's AI results read from it directly.
Here is the number we hold to: one new review a week. We make the ask easy and answer every review for you. Recent reviews are what AI answers quote back when someone asks who to call.
An IDX website on MIAMI Association of REALTORS® (MiamiRE) and BeachesMLS with neighborhood pages for Brickell, Coral Gables and the rest of your farm, structured so ChatGPT, Gemini and Google can state plainly who you are and where you work.
Evan had tried Facebook ads, Zillow and Realtor.com. Three months into BulletProof his phone started ringing with organic calls, including out-of-state buyers relocating to Dallas. His case study records $650K and $660K opportunities from organic calls in the same week. Miami runs on relocation buyers too. They ask the engines first.
Side by side
You are not behind because you are bad at this. You are behind because this is a second job, and you already have one.
Nobody calls to tell you they picked someone else. That is the cost of waiting, and it compounds.
The AI-answer figures on this page come from the CiteVantage AI Search in Real Estate 2026 study, published under a CC BY 4.0 licence. We took every city-shaped query about Miami and Florida (5 queries, each asked of ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Microsoft Copilot and Google AI Overviews) and counted the sources each engine cited. We report counts, not the names of the agencies cited, because this page is about what Miami agents can do, not a directory of vendors. AI answers change over time; treat these as a snapshot. MLS names are from our MLS coverage list. The local ranking share for Google profiles reflects widely reported local search ranking factor studies. Last reviewed: September 23, 2026.
Straight answers
Miami real estate agents and Realtors running as solo agents or small teams who want sellers to find them, not the other way round. Not a 40-agent brokerage with an in-house marketing department, and not agents who need closings this quarter. If that is you, say so on the call and we will tell you honestly.
The audit is free and specific: what Google and the AI engines can verify about you today, what is missing, and whether your Miami market slot is still open. Next spring a seller types four words at her kitchen table. Let's make sure your name is the answer.
