AI visibility for Denver real estate agents
Denver agents compete across a metro that runs from Boulder to Castle Rock, and sellers in every corner of it are starting to ask AI who to call. When we asked, the engines leaned on agency directories. Here is what they said, and how we make you the agent they name.
To get recommended by AI in Denver, an agent needs matching business details, an active Google Business Profile, recent reviews and pages that name the Denver neighborhoods and suburbs they serve. BulletProof Real Estate Agent runs all four for Denver-area agents every week, on an IDX website connected to REcolorado, with one Platinum slot per market.
What the engines said about Denver
Denver's answers leaned on lists. Across 15 AI answers to three Denver questions, the most-cited source was a general marketing agency with four citations, and agency directories and ranking sites took five of the 60 citations, more than any single real estate source. One of the three questions was the plainest one an agent could ask, the best SEO company for Denver realtors, and the engines still answered with directories. Microsoft Copilot returned only three sources across all three questions, and Gemini one. Three of the 15 answers cited nothing at all.
The questions, exactly as they were asked:
Machines don't recommend the best agent. They recommend the one they understand. In Denver, they have not found that agent yet.
Engine by engine
Sources cited per engine across the same 3 questions. Engines that cite little are the ones deciding from what they already believe about an agent, which is why your profile, reviews and business data have to be consistent before anyone asks.
Your market
Metro Denver is a patchwork. Washington Park, the Highlands, Aurora and Littleton each move on their own timeline, and sellers search by the name of the place they live. We build pages for the places you actually sell, whether that is Washington Park, Highlands, Cherry Creek, Aurora and Littleton, and we connect your IDX website to REcolorado so your listings sit on your own site, not a portal.
Colorado buyers also search far beyond the state line. One of our California clients, Paul Gangi, got a $1.25 million buyer from a Colorado couple who found him on Google and said his website is what clinched it. The engines work the same way in reverse for Denver.
Market figures come from BulletProof's own market pages linked above, each with its own sync date.
The plan
Four pieces, done for you every week. You keep listing houses.
Your name, address and phone checked and corrected everywhere the engines look. Mismatched details are the most common reason a well-reviewed agent is invisible. We fix them, then keep watching.
Categories, service areas across Denver, photos and posts kept active. Your Google profile carries roughly a third of local ranking, and Google's AI results read from it directly.
Here is the number we hold to: one new review a week. We make the ask easy and answer every review for you. Recent reviews are what AI answers quote back when someone asks who to call.
An IDX website on REcolorado with neighborhood pages for Washington Park, Highlands and the rest of your farm, structured so ChatGPT, Gemini and Google can state plainly who you are and where you work.
Troy Hansford runs the Troy Hansford Team at RE/MAX Professionals, with a Google profile in Aurora on the southeast side of the metro. In our August 2026 Google ranking check his team ranked #5 for “Realtor in South Metro Denver” and #4 for “Best Realtor in South Metro Denver”, with 138 Google reviews.
Inside the city we work with The Bridge Team at RE/MAX of Cherry Creek. Down the Front Range, Ted Bachara of RE/MAX is our client in Colorado Springs, and in the mountains Mark Gordon of Christiania Realty works Vail, where he ranked in the top 12 in the same check.
Same system in every one of those markets: the business data cleaned up, the Google profile kept active, a review every week and a website the engines can read.
Side by side
You are not behind because you are bad at this. You are behind because this is a second job, and you already have one.
Nobody calls to tell you they picked someone else. That is the cost of waiting, and it compounds.
The AI-answer figures on this page come from the CiteVantage AI Search in Real Estate 2026 study, published under a CC BY 4.0 licence. We took every city-shaped query about Denver (3 queries, each asked of ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Microsoft Copilot and Google AI Overviews) and counted the sources each engine cited. We report counts, not the names of the agencies cited, because this page is about what Denver agents can do, not a directory of vendors. AI answers change over time; treat these as a snapshot. MLS names are from our MLS coverage list. The local ranking share for Google profiles reflects widely reported local search ranking factor studies. Client rankings are from BulletProof's own August 2026 Google ranking check. Last reviewed: September 24, 2026.
Straight answers
Denver real estate agents and Realtors running as solo agents or small teams who want sellers to find them, not the other way round. Not a 40-agent brokerage with an in-house marketing department, and not agents who need closings this quarter. If that is you, say so on the call and we will tell you honestly.
The audit is free and specific: what Google and the AI engines can verify about you today, what is missing, and whether your Denver market slot is still open. Next spring a seller types four words at her kitchen table. Let's make sure your name is the answer.
