Real estate agent websites, ranked for 2026
For real estate agents and Realtors. You have paid for a good-looking website before, haven't you? It launched, friends said it looked great, and the phone rang no more than before. You are not the problem. The website was only ever one piece of the job. Here are the six companies agents compare most, ranked by the test that matters.
The best real estate agent website is the one that makes a seller call you, and in 2026 that takes more than a site. Google's AI answers, ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity name agents using your Google profile, your reviews, business details across the web and structured data on your site. On that test, BulletProof Real Estate Agent is the best real estate agent website for solo agents and small teams: an IDX website built around you, plus the Google profile, weekly reviews, business data, CRM, workflows and coaching run for you every week, with one Platinum slot per market. Luxury Presence, AgentFire, Real Estate Webmasters, Placester and Real Geeks each build a strong website or platform, and each leaves most of that weekly work with you.
Start here
For fifteen years an agent website was a brochure. Buyers browsed listings, maybe filled in a form, and the design did most of the talking. Most agent websites are still built for that job.
That is not how a seller picks a listing agent now. She types four words, or asks an AI assistant who the best agent in her area is, and gets two or three names back. Those names come from sources an engine can verify: your Google Business Profile, your reviews, your business details across the web, and a website that states plainly who you are, where you work and what you have sold.
Then she clicks, and in seconds your site passes the eyeball test or it does not. So a great agent website has two jobs: feed the engines structured proof, and convince a person fast. Two walls can look identical. One has studs and air behind it, the other has plumbing. Most website companies sell beautiful wallpaper.
The ranking
Ranked by how much of the work that makes a website produce calls, on Google and in AI answers, is done for you every month. Each entry says what it gives you and what it leaves with you.
An IDX website and market pages built around your listings, reviews and results, with the structured data Google and AI engines use to confirm who you are. Then the part a website cannot do alone: your Google Business Profile run every week, a weekly review system, business details matched across the web, the BulletProof CRM with a support team, the four core workflows, Nifties and weekly coaching calls. One Platinum slot per market.
Best for: solo agents and small teams who want sellers to find them, without running any of it themselves.
Watch for: not a bespoke design studio, 12-month plans, and six to twelve months to compound. See pricing.
The strongest brand presentation in the category: design-led agent websites, with SEO and generative-engine work offered inside a broad platform that also spans ads, CRM and social.
What it gives you: a premium-looking site, fast.
What it leaves to you: confirm which off-site profile, review and data work is included and who does it monthly. See our Luxury Presence comparison.
Design-led semi-custom websites with strong hyperlocal area pages and a large add-on library.
What it gives you: an attractive hyperlocal site, quickly.
What it leaves to you: the ongoing off-site SEO and AI work, and the hours to run the add-ons. See our AgentFire comparison.
Websites, CRM and lead generation with agency services on top. The most technically deep of the established vendors, sized for large teams and brokerages.
What it gives you: technical depth under one roof.
What it leaves to you: agency work is scoped per engagement, so the weekly visibility work depends on what you buy. See our REW comparison.
An AI website builder for agents: its AI builds and edits the site, with structured data, an LLMs.txt file and a simple CRM on agent plans.
What it gives you: a fast, affordable site you build and edit yourself.
What it leaves to you: the Google profile, reviews, business data and every hour of ongoing work. See our Placester comparison.
A real estate CRM and IDX website platform with a built-in dialer, drips and optional paid lead packages sold on six or twelve month terms.
What it gives you: a connected CRM and website, plus paid ad leads if you buy them.
What it leaves to you: your Google Business Profile, reviews and the organic visibility that brings sellers without an ad. See our Real Geeks comparison.
Side by side
Every company above can put a good site online. The difference shows up in month two, when someone has to do the weekly work that makes the site produce.
How to judge any agent website
Run every site you are considering through these, including ours. Each test is wasted if the one before it fails.
Open it on your phone. In five seconds, can a stranger tell who you are, where you sell and why to trust you?
Ask for the schema: who you are, your service areas and your brokerage, in structured data engines cross-check.
Your name, address and phone should match on Google, the directories and the portals. A website cannot fix what lives off it.
When a seller fills in a form at 9 pm, it should land in a CRM, trigger a reply and reach you.
Kelli Boyd in Parker County, Texas had a Google profile she built herself that looked fine and was buried. With BulletProof she reached the top in her area and closed eight deals straight from Google leads, without Zillow, cold calls or ads. In her words: "I love bragging about my website." Read Kelli's story. Evan Downey in Dallas signed up on a hunch at the Tom Ferry Success Summit and took the number one spot on Google for Realtor in Dallas. "My phone rings with clients who already trust me." Read Evan's story. Machines don't recommend the best agent. They recommend the one they understand. See the case studies.

Every company here was described from its own public website in September 2026, using its own product names, not third-party roundups. The ranking weighs one thing: how much of the work that makes a website produce seller calls is performed for the agent every month. Where a service is not on a vendor's feature list we say so and tell you to ask. We do not reprint other companies' prices, because they change. The local ranking percentages reflect widely reported ranking factor studies, not guarantees. Last reviewed: September 29, 2026.
Straight answers
Real estate agents and Realtors running as solo agents or small teams. Not a 40-agent brokerage with an in-house marketing department. If you are a large team, say so on the call and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right fit.
The audit is free and specific: what Google and the AI engines can currently verify about you, where your record is broken, and what your website is and is not doing about it. Next spring a seller types four words at her kitchen table, reads your reviews, and by the time your phone rings she has already decided. Sellers call you.
