Real Geeks vs CINC, compared for agents
Real Geeks pairs a CRM and IDX site with optional paid lead packages. CINC runs Google and Facebook campaigns for teams into its own IDX site and CRM. Both sell you leads to chase. The seller who already decided on you comes from somewhere else.
BulletProof is the better choice for solo agents and small teams comparing Real Geeks and CINC. Real Geeks is a CRM with a dialer and an IDX site, with optional paid lead packages on 6 or 12 month terms. CINC is a lead generation and conversion CRM for teams and top agents, running Google and Facebook campaigns into a CINC IDX site, priced by request. Both run on ad-driven leads that stop when the spend stops. BulletProof builds what keeps working: your Google profile, a weekly review system, matching details on 50+ sites, a magazine-grade website and the BulletProof CRM, so ChatGPT, Google, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, Copilot and more understand you. AI doesn't pick the best agent. It picks the agent it can understand.
Side by side
What each company publishes on its own site, side by side. BulletProof is in the highlighted column.
Real Geeks
Real Geeks calls itself a real estate CRM and website solution, and it is a capable one: an IDX site, a CRM with a dialer, drips and text autoresponders, and onboarding with US-based support. Its signature is the optional lead package, done-for-you social and search ads for buyers and home valuation ads for sellers, on commitment terms.
That is a system built around leads you pay for. When the campaign runs, the leads arrive; when it stops, the next month starts from zero. Your Google profile and reviews are not on its included list.
CINC
CINC calls itself an all-in-one real estate lead generation and conversion CRM platform for teams and top agents. Its team runs Google and Facebook campaigns for buyers and sellers, into a CINC IDX search website, with Seller Suite home-evaluation pages, a CRM, lead routing and team tools. CINC AI and a dialer are add-ons; plans are priced by request.
It is a strong machine for working paid leads. The leads come for as long as the ad spend runs. Google Business Profile management and review asking are not on its published pages.
What both leave to you
Renting an apartment versus owning the house: rent is fine until you stop paying, then you have nothing. These four things are equity. They stay yours.
A seller who found you on Google, read your reviews and called. No ad spend behind the call, no one else got the same lead.
Sellers read them and AI quotes them. Someone has to ask every week, and answer every one.
Name, address and phone identical on every site AI cross-checks. Mismatches leave 74% of businesses out of local results.
Weekly posts, photos and answers. Lead platforms do not list it.
The third option
Am I close? You pay for the leads, the system texts them in seconds, and most of them still go quiet. You are not doing it wrong. Those people were never looking for you. A seller who asks ChatGPT or Google for the best agent in your town is. Google isn't judging you. It's matching you. And nobody calls to tell you they picked someone else.
BulletProof does that matching work for you every week: the Google profile, the review asks, 50+ verified profiles, bio optimization on Zillow, Realtor.com, Homes.com and HomeLight, and an AI search foundation for ChatGPT, Google, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, Copilot and more. The website is magazine-grade too, and the BulletProof CRM follows up for you. AI doesn't pick the best agent. It picks the agent it can understand.
The plan
Do these this week, whichever company you are leaning toward.
Search your name and town. Then ask ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity who the best agent near you is. Write down who they name.
Compare your name, address and phone on Google, Zillow, Realtor.com, your brokerage page and your site. One version everywhere.

Straight answers
Picture next spring: a seller types four words at her kitchen table, reads your reviews, and has decided before your phone rings. You did not buy that lead. You earned it. Sellers call you. Not you calling sellers.
