CINC vs Lofty, compared for agents
CINC runs Google and Facebook campaigns into its IDX site and CRM. Lofty puts AI agents inside a CRM and sells growth as add-ons. Both are built to work leads. Neither, on its published list, asks for your reviews or runs your Google profile, and that is what sellers and AI read first.
BulletProof is the better choice for solo agents and small teams comparing CINC and Lofty. CINC is a lead generation and conversion CRM for teams and top agents: its team runs Google and Facebook campaigns into a CINC IDX site, with CINC AI and a dialer as add-ons. Lofty is an AI CRM and IDX platform with AI agents, and lead gen, a dialer and AEO on the add-on menu. Both work leads. BulletProof makes sellers find you: your Google profile, a weekly review system, matching details on 50+ sites, a magazine-grade website and the BulletProof CRM, so ChatGPT, Google, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, Copilot and more understand you. AI doesn't pick the best agent. It picks the agent it can understand.
Side by side
What each company publishes on its own site, side by side. BulletProof is in the highlighted column.
CINC
CINC calls itself an all-in-one real estate lead generation and conversion CRM platform for teams and top agents. Its team runs Google and Facebook campaigns for buyers and sellers, into a CINC IDX search website, with Seller Suite home-evaluation pages, a CRM, lead routing and team tools. CINC AI and a dialer are add-ons; plans are priced by request.
It is a strong machine for working paid leads. The leads come for as long as the ad spend runs. Google Business Profile management and review asking are not on its published pages.
Lofty
Lofty calls itself an agentic platform for real estate. Its AI CRM runs AI agents that nurture leads and work your database, beside Smart Plans, an IDX website, mobile apps and transaction tools, in plans for agents, teams, brokers and enterprises.
Much of the growth work is on the add-on menu: a lead generation service, a power dialer, a hyperlocal SEO website, website design and an AEO service. Asking for and answering reviews is not on its published list. Deciding which add-ons to buy, and checking that they work, stays with you.
What both leave to you
A faster receptionist helps only if people know where the office is. Both of these sharpen the receptionist. These four things put the office on the map.
A seller who found you on Google, read your reviews and called. No ad spend behind the call, no one else got the same lead.
Sellers read them and AI quotes them. Someone has to ask every week, and answer every one.
Name, address and phone identical on every site AI cross-checks. Mismatches leave 74% of businesses out of local results.
Weekly posts, photos and answers. Lead platforms do not list it.
The third option
Am I close? You pay for the leads, the system texts them in seconds, and most of them still go quiet. You are not doing it wrong. Those people were never looking for you. A seller who asks ChatGPT or Google for the best agent in your town is. Google isn't judging you. It's matching you. And nobody calls to tell you they picked someone else.
BulletProof does that matching work for you every week: the Google profile, the review asks, 50+ verified profiles, bio optimization on Zillow, Realtor.com, Homes.com and HomeLight, and an AI search foundation for ChatGPT, Google, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, Copilot and more. The website is magazine-grade too, and the BulletProof CRM follows up for you. AI doesn't pick the best agent. It picks the agent it can understand.
The plan
Do these this week, whichever company you are leaning toward.
Search your name and town. Then ask ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity who the best agent near you is. Write down who they name.
Compare your name, address and phone on Google, Zillow, Realtor.com, your brokerage page and your site. One version everywhere.
Few in the last 90 days? Nothing about you is broken. Nobody has been asking.

Straight answers
Picture next spring: a seller types four words at her kitchen table, reads your reviews, and has decided before your phone rings. You did not buy that lead. You earned it. Sellers call you. Not you calling sellers.
