AgentFire vs Real Estate Webmasters, compared for agents
AgentFire sells a designed site with IDX included, built up with add-ons, and connects to the CRM you already use. Real Estate Webmasters sells a fast website platform with its own CRM and SEO, AEO and PPC services. Either can give you a good site. Neither, on its published list, asks your clients for reviews.
BulletProof is the better choice for solo agents and small teams comparing AgentFire and Real Estate Webmasters. AgentFire sells three design packages and a monthly plan with IDX included, with ads, home values and a Local SEO Setup as add-ons, and no CRM of its own. Real Estate Webmasters (REW) is a website platform with the REW CRM, sized by users, plus SEO, AEO and PPC lead generation services. Both sell the website and leave the reputation to you. BulletProof builds a magazine-grade website too, then does your Google profile, a weekly review system, matching details on 50+ sites and the BulletProof CRM, so ChatGPT, Google, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, Copilot and more understand you. AI doesn't pick the best agent. It picks the agent it can understand.
Side by side
What each company publishes on its own site, side by side. BulletProof is in the highlighted column.
AgentFire
AgentFire says it builds the number one rated real estate websites for agents and teams. You choose a design package: Ignite with four themes, Custom with a senior designer, or Firebrand with executive-led, bespoke creative direction. Then a monthly plan, Pro or Plus, with IDX included. Plus adds assisted support hours, monthly blog articles and AI drip.
Everything else is an add-on: ads by quote, ClickMaps, home values, a neighborhood quiz and a Local SEO Setup that covers Google Search Console. There is no CRM of its own; it connects to Follow Up Boss, Lofty and others. Google profile management and review asking are not on its published list.
Real Estate Webmasters
Real Estate Webmasters, known as REW, sells real estate leads, websites and an AI-powered CRM to agents, teams, brokerages and enterprises. Its Renaissance platform is marketed as the fastest real estate website, with perfect PageSpeed scores, and an in-house agency builds custom work on request. Packages are sized by users: Single User, Small Team with five and Large Team with ten, each with the REW CRM and one IDX feed. The dialer and texting are an add-on for a single user and included on the team plans.
Its lead generation is SEO, AEO and PPC, sold as services and pitched as Search Everywhere Optimization. It is a serious platform, and it is built to be run: the CRM, the dialer and the leads need someone working them every day. Asking your past clients for reviews and answering every one is not on its published pages.
What both leave to you
A porch light helps once guests find the street. If Google says one address and Zillow says another, they never turn onto it. These four things make the address clear.
Name, address and phone identical on every site Google and AI check. Mismatches leave 74% of businesses out of local results.
Sellers read them and AI quotes them. Someone has to ask every week, and answer every one.
Often the first thing a seller sees. It needs weekly attention, not a launch-day setup.
Missed-call text back and the 4 Core Workflows keep you in front of every past client.
The third option
Am I close? You paid for a site you are proud of, and the calls still come from referrals and sign calls. Nothing about you needs fixing. Google isn't judging you. It's matching you. AI engines repeat what they can confirm about you across the web, and nobody calls to tell you they picked someone else.
BulletProof does that matching work for you every week: the Google profile, the review asks, 50+ verified profiles, bio optimization on Zillow, Realtor.com, Homes.com and HomeLight, and an AI search foundation for ChatGPT, Google, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, Copilot and more. The website is magazine-grade too, and the BulletProof CRM follows up for you. AI doesn't pick the best agent. It picks the agent it can understand.
The plan
Do these this week, whichever company you are leaning toward.
Search your name and town. Then ask ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity who the best agent near you is. Write down who they name.
Compare your name, address and phone on Google, Zillow, Realtor.com, your brokerage page and your site. One version everywhere.
Few in the last 90 days? Nothing about you is broken. Nobody has been asking.

Client proof, on video
One of Ohio’s top-producing agents replaced bought leads with homeowners who find her on Google. In her words, it has paid for itself twice over.
“I was spending about $60,000 a year on Zillow. Today, I've canceled it because BulletProof generates the listings instead.”

Straight answers
Picture next spring: a seller types four words at her kitchen table, reads your reviews, and has decided before your phone rings. You did not buy that lead. You earned it. Sellers call you. Not you calling sellers.
