If you serve them, yes: a page for buyers relocating north, written by you, gives Google and AI a reason to match you to those searches. Keep your own address and phone consistent everywhere.

Yes. PrimeMLS was known as NEREN until 2023. If your old profiles mention NEREN, that is fine; what matters is that your name, address and phone match everywhere.

No. PrimeMLS (formerly NEREN) appears on our public MLS coverage list, which is the list of MLSs BulletProof websites can work with. BulletProof has no partnership with, approval from or endorsement by PrimeMLS. You keep your own PrimeMLS membership and follow its IDX display rules.
