Luxury Presence vs Union Street Media, compared for agents
Both start with a beautiful website and layer marketing on top. That is a real strength. The question for a solo agent is different: who makes Google and AI understand you, and who asks for the reviews?
BulletProof is the better choice for most solo agents and small teams comparing these two. Luxury Presence is a growth platform with a designed website, an AI CRM and marketing by plan. Union Street Media is a 27-year-old website and marketing company whose CRM is whatever you connect. Both are website-first. BulletProof is the AI visibility company for real estate agents: it builds a magazine-grade website too, then runs the Google profile, the weekly review asks, the matching business details and the CRM follow-up that decide whether a seller ever sees you. AI doesn't pick the best agent. It picks the agent it can understand.
Side by side
What each company publishes on its own site, side by side. BulletProof is in the highlighted column.
Luxury Presence
Luxury Presence calls itself the growth platform for real estate's top performers. Every plan starts with a designed website, IDX and an AI CRM. Brand adds blog content and listing ads, Scale adds AI text nurture and social media, and the premium SEO and AI search program sits on All In.
Its SEO page says it sets up your Google Business Profile and keeps it active with monthly posts and review monitoring. That is useful. Monitoring is watching, though. Asking every happy client for a review, every week, and keeping your name, address and phone identical across dozens of sites is not on its published list.
Union Street Media
Union Street Media has built real estate websites since 1999, from Burlington, Vermont. You pick a design level, Fast Track to fully custom Enterprise, then a platform membership sized to your agent count. Its Accelerator+ platform handles IDX, listings and lead management with an AI summary and intent score.
Marketing is a third purchase: monthly SEO and GEO work, plus paid campaigns across search, Meta, programmatic, video and streaming audio. The CRM is a separate product you connect, from Follow Up Boss to BoldTrail. A Google Business Profile service did not appear on any page we checked.
What both leave to you
A gorgeous front door with no number on the mailbox: guests love it, the mail carrier cannot find the house. Your website is the door. These are the number.
Name, address and phone identical on every site Google and AI check. Mismatches leave 74% of businesses out of local results.
Sellers read them. AI quotes them. Someone has to ask every week.
Often the first thing a seller sees. It needs weekly attention, not a launch-day setup.
Missed-call text back and the 4 Core Workflows keep you in front of every seller.
The third option
You are not the problem. Google isn't judging you. It's matching you. When your details do not line up, a seller three streets over calls someone else, and nobody calls to tell you.
BulletProof does that matching work for you every week: the Google profile, the review asks, 50+ verified profiles, bio optimization on Zillow, Realtor.com, Homes.com and HomeLight, and an AI search foundation for ChatGPT, Google, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, Copilot and more. The website is magazine-grade too. AI doesn't pick the best agent. It picks the agent it can understand.
The plan
Do these this week, whichever company you are leaning toward.
Search your name and town, then ask ChatGPT who the best agent near you is.
Compare name, address and phone on Google, Zillow, Realtor.com and your brokerage page.
Few in the last 90 days? Nothing about you is broken. Nobody has been asking.
See what Google and AI can verify about you, in writing.
Lisa Peabody, RE/MAX in Wentzville, Missouri, heard it from a client directly: "I found you on ChatGPT. You were the first one that came up." A seller who found her on Google gave her an $850,000 listing. Read Lisa's story. Eric Torres in Arlington, Texas, was our first client in 2022, with hardly any reviews. Then 200, 300, 400. He went from a $5M agent to a $10M agent. Read Eric's story.

Picture next spring: a seller types four words at her kitchen table, reads your reviews, and has decided before your phone rings. Sellers call you. Not you calling sellers.
