Sierra Interactive vs Lofty, compared for agents
Sierra Interactive and Lofty both give you an IDX website and a CRM, and both now talk about AI search. The difference between them is in the details. The thing they share is bigger: the work, and the signals AI checks off your site, are left to you.
BulletProof is the better third option for agents comparing Sierra Interactive and Lofty. Sierra Interactive is IDX websites and CRM in one, sized by users on a 12-month agreement, with content tools for AI search and a dialer and AI nurture as add-ons. Lofty is an agentic AI CRM and IDX website, with lead gen, SEO and AEO services on its add-on menu. Both are capable toolboxes. BulletProof is the AI visibility company for real estate agents: our team does the work, including your Google profile, weekly reviews and 50+ matching profiles, and you still get a CRM and a magazine-grade website. AI doesn't pick the best agent. It picks the agent it can understand.
Side by side
From each company's own site, October 2026. BulletProof is the highlighted column.
Sierra Interactive
Sierra Interactive describes itself as IDX websites and CRM in one, and its homepage leads with AI search: hyperlocal neighborhood pages, schema and site architecture meant to help engines cite you. Packages are sized by users, Starter for one, Essential for three and Growth for five, all under a 12-month agreement.
Onboarding runs by package, then support is by email. The dialer, Lead Engage AI nurture, extra MLS feeds and ad management are upgrades or add-ons. And someone on your team still writes and refreshes the content, while your Google profile and reviews are not on its published list.
Lofty
Lofty calls itself an agentic platform. AI agents inside its CRM nurture leads, book appointments and work your database, next to Smart Plans, an IDX website and mobile apps.
To grow, you shop the add-on menu: a lead gen service, a power dialer, a hyperlocal SEO website, website design and an AEO service. That is flexible. It also makes you the buyer and the project manager for every piece that gets you found, and asking for reviews is not on the list.
What both leave to you
A good toolbox has every wrench you need. It still does not build the deck. Somebody has to show up on Saturday. With both platforms, that somebody is you, and the most important boards are not even in the box.
Content to write, campaigns to configure, add-ons to evaluate. All of it needs your hours.
AI checks your Google profile, reviews and matching details across the web, not just your site's schema.
Neither platform publishes a weekly system that asks past clients and answers every review.
Email support answers tickets. It does not call you to check the review number this week.
The third option
You bought a platform to save time. Now you spend Sunday nights inside it. Am I close? Nothing about you needs fixing. You are an agent, not a webmaster, and the hours you spend configuring software are hours you are not with clients.
BulletProof does the build. Our team runs your Google profile, asks for and answers reviews, keeps 50+ profiles matching, updates your bio on the big portals and builds the AI search foundation. Your CRM runs the 4 Core Workflows. Your website, on Pro and above, is magazine-grade and structured for AI. AI doesn't pick the best agent. It picks the agent it can understand.
The plan
A practical way to decide without three demos.
Estimate the hours a week each platform needs from you, including content and campaigns.
List the upgrades you would need to be found, not just organized, and ask for a written quote.
Compare your name, address and phone on Google, Zillow, Realtor.com and your brokerage page.
See what the engines can verify about you before you commit to any platform.
Ryan Comstock had 20 years in and 250 reviews, and sat on page three while agents with about 50 reviews sat on page one. The cause was mismatched addresses and phone numbers: "I was confusing Google." After the fix, about $250K in year one. No website platform fixes that. Kelli Boyd in Parker County, Texas closed eight deals straight from Google leads without Zillow, cold calls or ads. Read Kelli's story.
Client proof, on video
Search “Realtor in Dallas” and Evan shows up at the top, with organic calls turning into $650K and $660K opportunities in the same week.
“I’m #1 on Google in Dallas, and my phone rings with clients who already trust me.”
