The short answer

A real estate AI visibility checklist tests whether AI engines can understand an agent well enough to recommend them. Run these 12 checks in about 15 minutes: ask ChatGPT, Google, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, Copilot and more who the best agent in your town is, then check that your name, address and phone match everywhere, your Google Business Profile is active, you get about one new review a week, and your website carries structured data AI can read. AI doesn't pick the best agent. It picks the agent it can understand. Prefer it done for you? Run the free audit at joinbulletproof.com/ai-audit.

Why good agents get left out

You are the best agent in your town. ChatGPT named someone else.

Am I close? Someone told you a seller asked ChatGPT for an agent, and the answer was a name you barely know. You have more sales, more reviews, more years.

Nothing about you is broken. AI engines do not rank talent. They repeat what they can confirm about you across the web, and if your details disagree, they pick someone easier to understand.

The good news: almost every gap on this list is fixable, and most agents have the same five.

04 · Reviews

One new review a week

Count your reviews from the last 30 days. Our standard is one a week, four a month. Review system.
