How a connection gets set up

Short, and mostly on our side. Here is the order.

Tell us what you use

On your onboarding call, tell us which CRM and which lead portals you pay for today. We tell you honestly which ones connect and how.

Step 2

Hand over what only you can

For Follow Up Boss that is your API key. For Zillow and Realtor.com it is access to your own Zapier account, which keeps the connection in your name.

We connect and test

Our team sets up the connection and sends a test lead through, so you see it arrive before a real one does.

Step 4

Follow-up runs

New leads reach your BulletProof CRM, where missed call text back, two-way text and email, the four core workflows, a single line power dialer and calendar booking take it from there.

Honest constraint: a Zapier connection depends on your Zapier account staying active, and portal lead emails or settings can change on the portal's side. If a connection breaks, tell your support team and we will look at it with you.

Do I need a connection at all?

If your leads come from Google, your website and your sphere, no: they land in the BulletProof CRM already. Connections matter when you keep paying for portal leads or keep a team CRM like Follow Up Boss. Many BulletProof agents reduce portal spend once organic seller calls start, but that is your call, and the connection works either way. See the pricing page for what each plan includes.
