Sohail Salahuddin Gets Come-List-Me Calls from Google

3X eXp ICON Agent | eXp Realty | Chicagoland, IL

“Since you guys did the Google business page, I've been getting calls to come list me.”

The Challenge

A Business Built on Heavy Prospecting

Sohail is a real estate broker in the Chicagoland market with eXp Realty and a three-time eXp ICON. His business came up through the Mike Ferry organization, which he describes as heavy prospecting, heavy on the database and a lot of on-the-phone momentum.

The Solution

Why Sohail Chose BulletProof

A colleague from his coaching organization recommended BulletProof in a mastermind. BulletProof optimized his Google Business Profile and built his website.

The Results

Sellers Calling Him to List

In Sohail's own words, here's what he has been hearing:

Calls from sellers asking him to come list their homes
A caller who said he “just googled real estate agent” and Sohail came up
A seller who said she googled “the best realtor” and he came up

“In the last three months, I've listed four come list mes from Google.”

Instead of only chasing business on the phone, Sohail now has sellers finding him on Google.

From Prospecting to Attracting

Sohail says working with BulletProof opened up a whole new way of getting business for him.

Google Business Profile optimization
A new website
Weekly coaching calls
A weekly BulletProof mastermind

In Sohail's words: “It's kinda like the opposite, where now I'm attracting.”

Built for Busy Agents

Sohail says the BulletProof team spends time with him and keeps him on the edge of what's new in innovation and technology.

Exclusive Market Protection

BulletProof's market exclusivity is part of the service: competing agents cannot buy the same service in a protected territory. It is designed to help agents build their local position over time.
